"Potter title and trust was at 4th and grant across from the City-County Building, as per their ad in a 1915 directory: http://digital.library...

I believe the view is looking west down fourth from Grant, but not positive on that. "

"I think that the road curving around the hillside is Beechwood Blvd. And the hill in the right of the frame matches the contours of the hill in the modern view from the bridge. It seems possible that the original bridge was replaced at some point."

"It's funny, these buildings exist on the 1903 map before the hump cut, but the corner is Dante and fountain.

Map: http://images.library....

But are gone in 1914 when the street was renamed Pentland and the street grid had been great changed: http://images.library....

This point is actually midway between Ross and Grant, in the US Steel Bldg lobby, but it won't let me tag there. "

"I can only find it listed as "Lawrenceville" Park, but this is where it is. I THINK that might be the original poolhouse in the background? and the building is the old St. Margaret's Hospital which is now the playing field location..

Not sure though"
