Design proposal for "Schenley Park Entrance" competition by H. Jay Wallace and A. L. Kocher (State College). Kocher founded the school of architecture at Penn State then later left for the University of Virginia. After, he designed the campus for Black Mountain College and moved there to teach. Kocher was an academic who wrote many books and papers.
