Design proposal for "Schenley Park Entrance" competition by Harold Van Buren Magonigle (New York). Magonigle is best known for his design of memorials. His first one was the McKinley Memorial in 1903 which brought him national renown. In 1928 he was chosen to design several buildings for the U.S. diplomatic complex in Tokyo.
