Progress view on the Herr's Island Bridge (West Penn Railroad Bridge) wall being completed as part of a Public Works Administration project looking west from the street side. Businesses such as the Hotel Lambros and Lambros Restaurant are also visible. This Bridge is one of the oldest surviving river bridges in the area and is now used for pedestrian traffic on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail.
