Hartzell Memorial

20100120 cp 0091
A detailed look at Hartzell Fountain. A trolley zooms behind the memorial, while Pittsburghers enjoy West Park in the background. Behind the park sits an unidentified church. Hartzell Fountain was dedicated and placed on Federal Street in 1910, but moved to Market Square in the 1950s and was again relocated in the 1980's to what was then the corner of Montgomery and Federal Street.
