Corliss Street Tunnel

View of men working atop the north portal of the Corliss Street Tunnel. The tunnel was built in a series of improvements by the Bureau of Engineering to connect Corliss Street and West Carson Street more efficiently. Many homes and businesses are visible on the other side of the Ohio River.
