Design proposal for "Schenley Park Entrance" competition by Albert Randolph Ross (New York). Ross designed the Pennsylvania monument in the Vicksburg National Military Park. He designed Carnegie libraries in Washington D.C., New Jersey and Georgia. His other designs include buildings at the University of Albany.
