Design proposal for "Schenley Park Entrance" competition by L.A. McMullen and W.B. Chalfant (Pittsburgh). McMullen was a lecturer in fine arts at St. Vincent’s College. He and Chalfant were both architects in Pittsburgh who focused on residential designs.
