Finally put 2 and 2 togehter and figured out these "Bialas" photos are connected tot he sewer photos in Boundary way. If you go to the map, you'll see the property of "R.F.Bialas" consists largely of the lower portion of the Boundary R.O.W. which extended (and still does, or at least has an easement) between the WQED parking lot and down through the Central Catholic practice field.
