Jonathan, are there any resources you use to find street name changes? Having a comprehensive list of name changes of Pittsburgh streets would be very helpful to me as well as the Digital Research Library.
Many of the streets have either changed names or been de-mapped. I simply search the street name in the link below, try to match the photo's year with the map's year, and then do a comparison from the old map to the present-day map:
