    Looking NW from just north of the corner of Grant and Oliver. The Nixon Theater, which would be torn down in the 1950s to make way for the Alcoa building (now "Regional Enterprise Tower").     Nice. the reason my first comment was so confusing is that I meant to finish the sentence The Nixon Theater "is visible in the distance" but got sidetracked with my own blah-blahing...
