A truck loads up at the "Crank-Case Service" station on the corner of Centre Avenue at Chauncey Street. In the Hill District, this station located at 2352 Centre Avenue sells Atlantic gasoline, motor oil and air, but was also the site of a shop that sold tombstones. Looking southwest, the Centre Avenue trolley lines are also visible. The Atlantic Refining Company was Formed from the Dissolution in 1911 by the Federal Government when it Accused the Standard Oil Company, Originally Founded in Pittsburgh in 1868, of Being a Monopoly.
