I believe that the two houses in on the left in the streetview are the right pair of the four in the 1913 picture. The adjacent house was built later (out of spare parts, from the look of it), as can be seen in the 1914 map here:

Which shows a group of four houses up against the street in this location. Not positive though.
There doesn't appear to be another such group on the downhill side of Melwood, whehter the current houses are them or not.
