Actually, I think this is part of the old China town located in Downtown. The location is Second avenue existing onto Grant Street right beside the Blvd. of the Allies. I thought I tagged the correct location, but for some reason it didn't go through.
I was looking at streeview images of the little block between grant st and ross, and it looks like its been altered beyond recognition.
I've re tagged this one where it might have been downtown. Its a shame, those looked like nice buildings

Your second tag looks better than mine. I had no idea there used to be a Chinatown here. I'll have to find out more about that.
