    A lot of these hump cut photos show business that obviously catered to immigrant communities, especially Italian. Then when the cut is finished it's all large hotels and offices (many Frick-owned). Was this Pittsburgh's first Urban Renewal slum clearance masquerading as a public works improvement?

    My guess would be this is the NE corner?
