Address of "The Clinton" is 417 Penn Ave looking toward the point. The building to the right is the Hotel Lincoln which is across Evans Alley from the Clinton. Evans ran between Stanwix and Fourth where Penn continued to the point prior to the construction of Gateway Center.
My methodology: Search "The Clinton" in City Directory, find 1918 listing for manager (Wm J. Schaffer)with home address of 415 Penn Ave,
