    Rough vantage point of this plan, which was never built.

    Shows the original Point bridge on the Mon, which would be replaced in 1927 with a bridge for which Stanley Rousch (signed this sketch as delineator) would be credited as srchitect: http://www.pghbridges.com/pittsburg...

    Must have been DPW's in-house architect.
