Sorry, I mistyped. I meant this looks more like Dearborn and North Evaline, looking toward Penn. It looks like maybe the original photo was labeled Winebiddle, but the buildings on Penn and Winebiddle don't really match up with the photo.
I don't really have a historical sense for what these two corners looked like in 1931, but it just doesn't seem right to me for some reason. Just an alternate tag for this photo I guess. If I'm wrong on this, please let me know.
That house is a definite match, but since the same part of Penn/Winebiddle is long gone, it's hard to say what was there before. For me, the most compelling is the building on the SE corner (far left) of the intersection with Penn. The roofline of the one at Penn/Evaline is a perfect fit, Penn/Winebiddle, not so much.

You might be right. The house behind the christmas tree shaped tree in the Street View looks like the house behind the car in the old photo.
