Residents gather on Neville Street, near Lorrigan Street, to view the effects of the 33rd Street sewer explosion. Rubble and sewage fill the street in front of several homes, at least one of which was completely destroyed. A policeman stands in front of the damaged houses. The image is looking northwest.
