Carnegie Mills Workers

20100120 cp 0358
View of a group of men attempting to temporarily fix the 33rd Street sewer break at 33rd Street and Carnegie Mills. Some men hold on to ropes and poles while sawing beams to prevent themselves from falling into the rushing water. Many other workers gather to watch, some of whom, presumably bosses, smoke pipes as they observe the situation.
