No, Jason they're wrong on two counts: One you're correct, it's looking Northwest from Butler, and two, it's actually Home Street, which is between 46th and 47th, but was never numbered differently as far as I can tell... Luckily the houses (even the fenceposts!) are all still there to confirm it.
Is this really 47th and Butler? Looking east from butler would mean looking at Allegheny Cemetery.

Pretty nice match. Even the telephone poles are (roughly) the same. The street surface and parked cars is the biggest change really.
